ADF Engineers Imparting Skills to PNGDF

A team of Australian Army Engineers who are in Lae for a few weeks have been working withthPNGDF Engineering Bettalion to transfer skills and ideas.

This week,the team was working with members ofthe engineering battalion to fix an old bridge behind Igam.

 

Working with basic tools, a generator and a circular saw,the engineers are expected to makethe bridge accessible by tomorrow.

 

This is one of many projects thatthe team has worked on inthe past few days.

 

They’ve also repaired buildings in Igam barracks.
