Ports play a crucial role in the growth of any economy and with the expansions of Lae tidal basin port last year and now the relocation of the Port Moresby port to Motukea, the Government of Papua New Guinea is hoping to have more efficient ports to cope with the raise of domestic shipping and international imports and exports.
