Condolence message of Pope Francis on the death of Governor General Michael Ogio

“I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of His Excellency Michael Ogio, and I extend my heartfelt condolences to the late Governor General’s wife and family, as well as to the Government and people of Papua New Guinea. Recalling Sir Michael’s public service to the nation and the great esteem in which he was held by the people, I offer the assurance of my prayers for the eternal rest of his soul. Upon all who grieve, especially his family, I invoke the divine blessings of consolation and strength”.

FDeep condolences to the family members of Late Michael Ogio as Noone knows when he/she will be born, Noone even knows when death will occur so therefore, once again I personally extend my Sympathy for the Untimely Departure of the prominent statesman under the fragility of unguided democracy in Papua New Guinea.
