Mr Olota Rokovunisei
Mr Rokovunisei was the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Fiji National Provident Fund. He is the Chairman of Yasana Holdings Limited, the largest shareholder in Fiji TV. Mr Rokovunisei is also a director in a number of other corporate companies and organizations in Fiji. He has been chairman of the Fiji TV Board of Directors since 2001 and has been a company director since 1996.

Mr Ken Clark
Mr Clark is Chief executive Officer of Media Niugini Limited and General Manager, Commercial, Fiji Television Limited. Mr. Clark attended Dalhousie University in Halifax , Nova Scotia where he studied modern languages. Following a distinguished broadcasting career in Canada , in 1992 he was recruited to move to New Zealand as Chief Executive Officer of TV 3 Network Services. In 1999 Mr Clark was appointed CEO of FijiTV, until Mr Nawari's appointment in 2005. He is a Director of The Commonwealth Broadcasting Association and former President of the Pacific Islands News Association (PINA).

Mr Mesake Nawari
Mr Nawari is the Chief Executive Officer of Fiji TV Limited. He holds a Master of Commerce in Finance & Banking from the University of Sydney. He is a member of the Securities Institute of Australia, the Fiji Institute of Accountants, the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance and the Fiji Institute of Directors. Mr Nawari is also a Justice of Peace for the Fiji Islands.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
