Fans welcomed Lockyer and MacDougall in Port Moresby

NRL Legends Darren Lockyer and Adam MacDougall arrived in Port Moresby yesterday for the NRL Bid’s annual State of Origin Luncheon.

This major event is jointly hosted with Nambawan Trophy Haus.

NRL Stars Lockyer and MacDougall were welcomed at the airport with crowd of supporters and fan’s all raising banners with words of welcome, making the legends feel more at home.

Both stars paid a visit to Trophy Haus at Boroko where they met with the NWTL staffs, signing autographs on shirts and merchandise.

While outside the car park was packed with more supporters and fans all screaming and cheering for their heroes.

Lockyer and MacDougall are excited and are impressed with the people saying that PNG has a lot of talent that needs to be promoted.

The Stars will meet with the 40 lucky draw winners from the NWTL State of Origin Promo dinner tonight at the Sea View Restaurant.

The PNG heroes in NRL are thrilled and cannot wait to meet more fans and supporters.
