Independence Day special: EMTV Online takes it to the streets

Nathaniel Yoyo ,  from Okapa in the Eastern Highlands Province says founding father Michael Somare made a wise decision in having our people keep their land. He  was in grade 5 when PNG was emancipated on September 16th, 1975. He says our culture has gravitated from a “WE” culture to a “ME” culture. Before modernization there was mutual respect for other people and the natural environment as well.  He advised that real change starts at home when children are young and impressionable.
