More Unregistered Vehicles Found at Roadblocks

More unregistered vehicles have been found at the random roadblocks by police of the NCD/Central Command during the New Year special operations.

Most of them are taxi without proper registration.

This year’s areas of focus for the NCD/Central command include traffic checks and other alcohol-related incidents.

There were several roadblocks around the capital city last night, Five Mile, Six Mile, Gerehu and Down Town.

However, during the special operations, it was found most of these vehicles providing taxi service do not have proper registration.

And police will ensure the law is applied. In the meantime, NCD Governor, Powes Parkop thanked police for their great effort.
