Nasfund Announces Changes to its Board of Directors

Nasfund has announced changes to its Board of Directors.

Nasfund Chairman, Hulala Tokome, announced on Tuesday the appointment of Leon Buskens and Kepas Wali to the Board of Directors of Nasfund.

Both directors commenced their terms on the 1st of January.

According to Mr Tokome, both Mr Buskens and Mr Wali bring a wealth of experience to the Board of Nasfund.

Mr Buskens has been in the superannuation industry as a senior executive and director for over 20 years and brings considerable experience with him to the Board. He is currently General Manager Stakeholder Engagement for Oil Search Ltd.

Mr Wali has also held various senior executive and board positions in both the private and public sector and is currently the Country Manager/Executive Manager Corporate Affairs for Harmony Gold (PNG) Exploration Ltd.

Mr Tokome welcomed both directors on behalf of the Board and Management of NASFUND and said he looked forward to their contributions to the Board and members of NASFUND as a whole.
