Pato Says: No more free handouts for Wapenamanda

People of Wapenamanda in Enga Province should not expect free cash handouts but look to protect infrastructure services to be delivered to them.

That was the message from their local member and Foreign Affairs Minister Rimbink Pato during his first visit to the electorate on Wednesday since becoming an MP.

He already has plans as to how he will spend the PNGK50m from his DSIP grants over the next five years.
