Polye: Enough of Violence Against Women

The Opposition Leader, Don Polye, wants violence against women erased once, and for all.

He said this in a media release, this afternoon, while conveying his condolences to the family and friends of the Late Ruby-Anne Laufa.

The death of the former Miss PNG shocked the nation with condolence messages and calls for justice on social media.

He said despite the efforts of addressing violence against women, late Ruby-Anne Laufa has become the latest victim in the hands of her alleged boyfriend.

He also commended the efforts of the Metropolitan Superintendent Ben Turi and his officers in arresting the main suspect.
