Tahu Gets Backing From Trukai

Trukai Industries continue to support upcoming athletes and sporting clubs throughout the country.

The rice retailer presented Kickboxer, Jonathan ‘the Explosive’ Tahu, with equipment, to help in his preparations for upcoming tournaments in Brisbane.

The 21-year old lad who hails from Madang, Chimbu and Southern Highlands, is currently training under the guidance of Adrian Pang. Pang has been training the Mixed Martial Arts athlete, who has been invited by the Muay Thai Academy, to train in Thailand in November this year.

Jonathan is delighted that Trukai has come on board to support him in his preparations, and will depart the country next month, for an extensive 3 month intense training, under the supervision of coach, mentor and promoter, Adrian Pang.

Trukai brand is associated with health and wellbeing. This is evident in many years, supporting individual athletes and clubs over the years.

All business houses are encouraged to support all athletes and teams preparing for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, and 2015 Pacific Games.
