Touaguba Hill Paradise Breaks New Ground

NCD Governor, Powes Parkop, today oversaw a ground breaking ceremony for a K90 million housing project at a prime location in Port Moresby.

The site development called Touaguba Hill Paradise, will comprise of three buildings with 9 levels each, including basement parkings.

The ground breaking was done by Governor Parkop and NPL Development Limited.

The multimillion Kina property, Touaguba Hill Paradise is located in one of Port Moresby’s most prime locations, the highest point of Touaguba Hill.

Developer, NPL Development Limited, invited NCD Governor, Powes Parkop to officiate at the ground breaking.

Mr Parkop said the project is a show of confidence to the county’s economy and will add value to the city and provide employment for citizens.

Jimmy Poh, Managing Director of NPL Development said the construction of the three buildings will begin immediately and is expected to take 2 years to complete.

The project with a construction area of 23,373.70 m2 will cost K90million and target to handover to its clients by June 2018.

When finished, it will comprise 113 fully furnished unit apartments that will be a collaboration of an international team of designers.

The apartments will have classy and distinctive interiors, and an array of facilities that will bring a modern style of living. It will also include a swimming pool, gymnasium, children’s playground and 24 hour security for tenants.

With a million kina view of Ela Beach, Koki Bay and partially of Harbour City, Touaguba Hill Paradise will start with its pre-selling and offer a range of apartment types to suit clients’ needs. DAC Real Estate is the Sales Agent for the Touaguba Hill Paradise.
