Residents of Lae’s Bumayong area have called on the government to seal their section of the road.
About two weeks ago, the road was graded but the residents say they will not settle for a road that will be damaged when the rains come.
Meanwhile, work has resumed on roads in the Lae CBD following visits to Lae by the Prime Minister and other senior Ministers.
